A stunning underwater landscape is being brought to the surface for New Yorkers to experience as part of a new public art installation. Collaborating with marine scientists, artists are transforming detailed sonar maps of the Hudson Canyon—a vast, little-known submarine canyon—into a large-scale visual display on the Brooklyn Bridge.
