"Controversy Surrounds Rescue Efforts: United Cajun Navy Denies Involvement in Misleading Parents. A heated dispute has erupted between the United Cajun Navy (UCN) and a volunteer, Crump, who claims the organization told him that a missing child, Nolan, was fully clothed when he went missing. The UCN has vehemently denied these allegations, stating they never spoke with Crump and certainly did not share any information with Nolan's parents that would have been misleading. As the investigation into Nolan's disappearance continues, questions are being raised about the accuracy of the information being shared by various parties involved in the rescue efforts."

“He [Crump] said UCN told 'us' Nolan was fully clothed-not true. We have never spoken with Crump, and we certainly didn’t tell the parents anything like that,” the United Cajun Navy said.
