Tragedy struck the New York City subway system yesterday as two separate incidents left two individuals dead on board subway trains. In the first incident, a body was discovered on a Brooklyn-bound train at the 14th Street - Union Square station in Manhattan around 10:30am. Just hours later, a second body was found on a Queens-bound train at the Astoria Boulevard station in Queens. Authorities are still working to determine the cause of death in both incidents, but officials have confirmed that there is no indication of foul play.
