The New Jersey Devils suffered a complete offensive collapse as the Isles dominated their game, blanking them by a six-goal margin. A standout performance from forward Eklund and defenseman Sorokin anchored the Isles’ attack, combining precision with physical dominance. The Devils’ defense struggled to contain the relentless pressure, allowing few scoring chances while the Isles controlled both possession and momentum. With a commanding lead secured early, the shutout left little room for a comeback as the Devils’ offense remained completely silent.
