A second person has succumbed to Legionnaires' disease in a growing outbreak on New York City's Upper East Side. The deadly outbreak, which has been linked to the Legionella bacteria found in a cooling tower at a building on East 72nd Street, has left health officials scrambling to contain the spread of the disease. The second victim, whose identity has not been released, brings the total number of cases to at least 14, with several others still hospitalized.
