Police are on the hunt for a group of suspects believed to be behind a string of chain‑snatching incidents that have rattled New York City neighborhoods. Authorities say the thieves target jewelry and watch chains, often leaving victims with little evidence. Investigators are combing through surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses, hoping to link the attacks to a possible organized ring. The city urges residents to report any suspicious activity and to secure valuable accessories when leaving public spaces.
