With all this NY/NJ discourse and the NY name coming first (as it should since it’s the NY area and the stadium only happens to be in NJ) and the lack of good transit (you need to take 2 trains minimum) and the fact that there is only 2 railroad tracks from Manhattan to NJ excluding PATH and 12 railroad tracks excluding the subway from Manhattan to other parts of NY, NYC needs its own stadium.
