A student with an alleged obsession with the TV show Dexter has been arrested in connection with the murder of a sex worker, police say. Authorities discovered the victim’s body in what they describe as a makeshift "kill room" during an investigation. The case has drawn comparisons to the show’s serial killer protagonist, raising questions about whether pop culture influenced the suspect’s actions. Details about the suspect’s motives and the investigation’s progress remain under review.
