Local Lehigh Valley students are taking on a unique challenge to support a worthy cause: a charity swim in the Hudson River to benefit veterans. The students, part of the SEAL Swim event in New York City, will be diving into the icy waters to raise awareness and funds for organizations that support veterans and their families. The event, which is inspired by the grueling training regimens of Navy SEALs, pushes participants to their limits as they navigate the frigid waters of the Hudson River. By taking on this challenge, the Lehigh Valley students are not only testing their own endurance but also making a meaningful contribution to the local community.
