The individual first reached out to Poison Control to describe their condition and potential contact with the chemical. Following this, the resident alerted the community’s maintenance authority, Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC), which oversees shared spaces in the neighborhood. The report raises questions about the presence and handling of hazardous substances within the residential area.


The Ladera Ranch resident contacted Poison Control and reported her symptoms and Specticle G, which she believed she may have encountered. She later notified Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation, or LARMAC, the HOA which manages the community's common areas.
