Developed by Charney Companies and Tavros with design by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) in collaboration with dencityworks | architecture, the 27-story building is expected to span over 1 million square feet and yield more than 1,000 units, approximately 250 of which will be designated as affordable housing.
